The holidays are over and dad is doing somewhat better. I am really hoping to get back to a regular routine with this blog. I feel like such a slacker. Thanks again for your patience.
Glad to hear that he's doing better. Thanks for a great blog. As a new follower, you've allowed me to play catchup over the holidays. Can't wait for new posts!
I just ran across your blog this morning. I am still in a learning curve with trying to change my family's diet. My husband is getting ready to leave for a mission trip and I wanted to have meals planned for a few weeks while he was gone. I was so EXCITED to run across "yoder meats" which meant you lived in Kansas too!!! Natural, organic things are not as easy to find here (KS) as a blog on the east or west coast. I hope your father gets to feeling better and I look forward reading more on your blog. Angie from Newton
I am a happy stay at home mom to 3 sweet children and the wife of a wonderful husband. I began my journey to healthy living several years ago and have since been trying to figure out how to do so without spending a fortune. This blog is all about my journey to becoming a better steward of my body and the earth that the Lord has given to us.
